How to calculate your tire diameters?
I measured the diameter– side to side or top to bottom. The ones I purchased fit my large RV tires fine.eg.:
27" is for the diameter 68cm;
28" is for the diameter 72cm.
The arithmetic to calculate diameter of your tire:
For example, your tire is written with P215/60R16.
Your tire diameter(cm)=21.5*0.6*2+16*2.54=66.44cm
Your tire diameter(inch) =66.44/2.54=26.15
Then you can choose the size 27" for your tire!!
