Antique Vtg Heavy Cast Iron Wall Mount Hook for Garden House Shed White Paint

This old wall mount hook has beautiful look. The back plate measures5" tall x 2 1/2" across and the hook comes out 4 1/2" from the wall. It seems to have had a special purpose in the past--there are two holes in the arm--but I don't know what it was. Nice and strong, it weighs 15 ounces. Very good condition. The only flaw that I see is a small crack on the hook of the arm, which doesn't create any weakness. (Please see photos. Shipped with care.
